About & fine print

Club Carpool is how our team's parents organize carpools to away games. An organizer sets up the trip and the vehicles; families tap a seat for their player; everyone can see at a glance who is riding where.

Families use the team password from the team chat. No accounts to create.

The fine print

• This is a volunteer carpool organized by parents, not by the club. Drivers are parents using their own or rented vehicles.
• Plans can change and trips can be cancelled. Choosing a seat is a request, not a guarantee of that seat or any seat.
• Cost shares are arranged between families and organizers; this site never handles money.
• Other families only ever see players' initials. Names, phone numbers, emergency contacts and medical notes are shown only to the trip's organizers and drivers.
• Five days after a trip gets back, names on it are reduced to initials and contact details are deleted.
• Want a sign-up's details removed sooner? Ask an organizer or email hello@clubcarpool.org.
